Originally established as Mineral Improvements Ltd in 1984, today DUO Processing has acquired an outstanding reputation within the washing, screening and crushing industries. A large fleet of modern machines has enabled us to produce material to any specification at a very competitive rate. Recent contracts are the Birmingham M6 Toll Northern Relief Rd, Cirencester A417/A419 Bypass, M25 (final section), A1 Motorway- Alconbury (upgrade), and the Channel Tunnel Rail Link.
DUO Processing can supply a full turn-key plant installation with a full operation team based on a fixed price unit cost per tonne.
DUO Processing can design and install a full Powerscreen processing plant, complete with operating team feeding site material through the plant. We can calculate loading or stocking processed material costs via unit/tonne measurement from 50,000 to 1,000,000 tonnes per annum. We can also include purchase of plant at agreed milestones during the contract.
