Chieftain 1400 Rinser

The Chieftain 1400 Rinser is a track mounted, fully mobile washing screen complete with on board side conveyors. Designed to work with the Powerscreen range of washing equipment it can work independently or as part of an entire wash plant. By replacing the slurry catchbox with a standard tail conveyor the Chieftain 1400 can easily convert to dry screening mode. Ideal for short to medium term projects, the Chieftain 1400 is the most flexible mobile rinsing unit in its field.

Advantages

Flexibility. The Chieftain Rinser can be easily converted back to a dry screening machine by replacing the catchbox with a tail conveyor.
Mobility. The machine has been engineered for quick installation and ease of relocation. Split bottom deck allows for production of two grades of sand.
Ease of set-up and ability to relocate means the machine is ideally suited for short to medium term projects. Suitable for contractors and hire fleets.
By placing a double deck vibrating grid on the feeder four sized washed products can be produced.

Chieftain 2100 Rinser

The Chieftain 2100 3- Deck Rinser is a track mounted, fully mobile washing screen complete with on board side conveyors. Designed to work with the Powerscreen range of washing equipment it can work independently or as part of an entire wash plant.

The products in the Chieftain Rinser range are versatile as they can easily be converted into a dry screening Chieftain product when needed. This is ideal for contract work and working on different applications.
