Ruggedly constructed using high quality British steel, the screens also utilize impact RQT steel plate in areas of probable wear to extend their life. The simplicity of the design eliminates conveyor belts and hoppers, reducing down-time and reducing the number of components that need replacing (We don't sell many spares!). Driven by a Deutz air-cooled diesel power pack, all working parts are hydraulic and easily accessible for maintenance.

The Tipsaver S200 is a small box type mobile screening plant capable of screening material from 6" down to 1/2" aperture. Ideally suited to screening rough topsoil, demolition material, ash, and skip waste. Because of its compact size the Tipsaver S200 is ideal for small skip waste companies or landscape gardeners.
The screen box is a double-deck allowing a maximum 4" top deck aperture with a bottom deck, or 6" maximum without a bottom deck. The weight offset is 68 kg allowing the screen box to handle a wide range of materials with ease.
SEPARATOR S300
The Separator S300 is a medium sized box type mobile screening plant capable of screening material from 8" down to 1/2" aperture. Ideally suited to screening rough topsoil to demolition material, armour stone, ash, and skip waste. The Separator S300 is our standard sized box screen, and our most popular, full airbrakes and fifth wheel towing capability make this the most mobile. Set-up time is about five minutes.
