As one of the leading suppliers of washing, recycling, screening and crushing plant these latest additions to the DUO product portfolio will add more strength and depth to their equipment range. These new products will line-up alongside their existing dealerships of world class Powerscreen processing equipment, Tecnoidea water management and Greystone sand classification and multi blend sand systems.
Binder bivitec screens are high performance and principally ensure that the screen retains its primary functionality; materials that are difficult to screen are sped through the screens at higher speeds and G - Forces than usual. Bivitec screens function by a dual vibratory principle with a drive that uses resonance to generate two oscillatory movements. Stretching and relaxing the dynamic screen mats helps attain the high speeds needed and prevents pegging even down to small aperture sizes.
Gennaretti centrifugal systems for dewatering sludge include two models - Decanter GHT Proportional Drive and Decanter GHT Variable Speed Drive. With many sizes available the proportional models are suitable for processing sludge with constant inlet characteristics with a fixed outlet. The variable drive models are suitable for processing sludge with changeable solids content such as that from washing recycled aggregates.
Mobile plants for solid-liquid separation are also included. These plants feature different sized GHT Decanters and are equipped with a control and management system.
The third dealership confirmed with TEREX Minerals Processing includes the range of TEREX Simplicity horizontal and inclined screens, pan and grizzly feeders and scalpers. Configuring inclined screens with one to four decks depending on the model, two-bearing, four bearing and dual-mechanism screens are available.
Also included is the Canica - Jaques range of nine VSI crusher models from 35mm to 300mm feed size, and throughput to 1,000 tons p/hr; these are the largest feed and tonnage available in any VSI crusher.
Two other elements include the whole range of TEREX Cedarapids equipment of flat and inclined screens, impact, jaw and rollercone crushers.
The final element within the TEREX Minerals agreement is the full range of TEREX Pegson jaw, cone and impact base crushers. This range of stand-alone crushers can be incorporated into a variety of fixed crushing applications.
All these products can be viewed on the DUO stand (E10) at the forthcoming Hillhead 2007 exhibition at Buxton, Derbyshire.
