Our Mobile Road Sweeper Waste Processing Unit is designed to assist in the separation and treatment of waste water used in several processes including, road sweeping and gulley clearance.
The waste product from these processes contains a high percentage of water.
As a result, when this waste is taken to landfill it is expensive to dispose off and bad for the environment. The machine has been designed to receive a complete load of waste material from a gulley or road sweeping tanker.
It will then separate the solids from the liquids. The liquids will fall into a holding tank and will then be pumped into a filtration chamber when the clean water can used by the tanker again. The Solids are then tipped into a skip for transport to landfill or for further processing and recycling. The dewatered waste can be landfilled at a lower cost at the weight is greatly reduced.
