      Project Administrator – Duo Engineering

      Location: Meriden, West Midlands

      We are looking for an Project Administrator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is flexible and keen to get stuck in and learn new skills. This role suits someone who has previous experience working in a similar role, the role will be varied. This role will offer lots of progression to someone who demonstrates the drive and willingness to learn.

      Duties:

      • Dealing with Partners & Customers
      • Managing Warranty and case file for management
      • Claim processing
      • Internal Coordination between divisions
      • Answer telephone and direct calls as appropriate
      • Receive and respond to email messages
      • Project Support, Schedule meetings, assess and monitor the project work
      • Develop reports as requested, perform research as needed
      • Maintain filing system and any other office admin work
      • Be computer literate – add, remove and update products & brands
      • Build and populate CDM File/Safety, Health, Environment
      • Populate Project files and systems
