MJ400R Recycling Jaw Crusher Module

Featuring the Terex® TJ2844R Single toggle jaw crusher with renowned hydraulic overload protection as standard, the MJ400R is supported on a fully galvanized extra heavy-duty I-beam frame including galvanized walkways, steps, guardrails and product conveyor.

Featuring a ‘pontoon’ base frame which offers ease of installation and an alternative if a concrete pad is not used the MJ400R is easily adaptable to site.

The new MJ400R offers ‘Industry Leading’ under crusher hopper design and product conveyor access, with major features including C&D ‘easy access’ side discharge product conveyor which eliminates ‘crawl maintenance.’

Further advantages of a static modular enables re-bar to pass easily and quicker out of the plant.

MJ42 Jaw Module

The Terex® MJ42 Modular Jaw Crusher features the rugged JW42 jaw for high production. Its hydraulically actuated wedge system allows closed side settings to be made quickly and easily. Set-up time and ease of operation is aided by the simplicity of the modular product range.

All of our modular crushers and modular screens bolt together on site and require minimal on-site wiring. Designed with logistics in mind, the MJ42 Jaw Module, including all its components, can be transported in two containers.

The modular product line consists of several pre-designed static and semi-static crushing and screening “plug and play” modules. This simple but effective product line gives flexibility to customers to choose “ready to work” modules to create the plant needed for a variety of applications. All modules are designed to fit and work together interchangeably.

MJ47 Jaw Module

The Terex® MJ47 Modular Jaw Crusher is designed for large quarries or contractors that want a stationary type design without the complexity of a normal stick-built plant. The MJ47 module features the robust, 36″ x 48″ (914mm x 1219mm) Terex® Jaques ST47 jaw crusher.

Other key features include the Terex® Simplicity 51″ x 24′ (1.3 m x 7.3 m) heavy-duty double-deck vibrating grizzly feeder, and a large capacity truck dump hopper.

MC1000 Cone Module

The Terex® MC1000 Modular Cone Crusher handles an all-in feed for continuous crushing. Its 40” (1000mm) cone has a full range of configurations for short and long throw. The all roller bearing design improves crushing efficiency. Set up time and ease of operation is aided by the simplicity of the modular product range.

MC450X Cone Module

Terex® Minerals Processing Systems (MPS) has launched the new MC450X cone module, increasing the tonnage, application capabilities, and crushing efficiency of our existing modular product range with our largest cone crusher module to date. The MC450X cone module featuring the new Terex® Cedarapids MVP450X cone crusher boasts numerous features that increase the machine’s productivity and ease of use. Major new enhancements include high speed clearing of jammed material; quick crusher separation capability for faster manganese changes; and user friendly computer controls enclosed in a weather-protected control panel.

The MV2000 Modular VSI features a high performance Terex® Canica VSI2000SD single drive vertical shaft impactor powered by a 300 hp (224 kW) electric motor with soft start. Our robust VSI is a vital tool for producing highly cubical products in small sizes and eliminating soft material. Set-up time and ease of operation is aided by the simplicity of the modular product range.
